Tottenham Hotspur are eyeing up a 26-year-old as a potential addition to their defence over the summer.
Ange Postecoglou may need a considerable size squad for next season as the Lilywhites look set to be playing some form of European football.
Of course, Champions League qualification will be the objective for the Lilywhites ahead of the final 10 games of the season.
However, history would suggest any level of European football requires a squad which can be rotated frequently across the competitions.
Tottenham seriously interested in Tosin Adarabioyo
Postecoglou has already admitted that centre-back is a position which the club will be looking at to strengthen over the coming months.
This comes after the signings of Micky van de Ven, Radu Dragusin and Ashley Phillips since his appointment last summer.
The latter of which has spent the second half of the campaign out on loan, but it seems he may not be in the plans for next season already.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Alasdair Gold has said Fulham’s Tosin Adarabioyo is a player who Spurs are seriously interested in this summer.
He said: “One player I definitely know Spurs have maintained their interest in is Fulham’s Tosin Adarabioyo. He remains a potential target this summer for the club as he’s coming to the end of his contract, as well.”
“He had groin surgery, so he missed the start of the season, but he has really impressed. He’s been one of their key players and they’re really keen to try and tie him down to a big, old, bumper, lucrative new deal.”
“Spurs have been interested in him for a good 12-18 months or so now. And yeah, I’m reliably informed they still retain that interest in him and are keeping an eye on his situation.”

What Fulham have offered Tosin to stay this summer
The 26-year-old is now set to become a free agent in the summer unless something drastically changes in the coming weeks.
Having been at Fulham for almost four years now, the Englishman is playing into the final months of his deal at Craven Cottage.
And this has seen a number of clubs show an interest in him ahead of the summer.
It is claimed, as well as Spurs, Liverpool and AC Milan are two of the other sides who are monitoring the defender’s situation.
According to the same report, Fulham are also readying a bumper new deal which would see him become one of Fulham’s top earners.
The Spurs News has also been informed Spurs are keeping tabs on Tosin, but Lloyd Kelly also remains a potential free agent option for Postecoglou.
Tosin has played a huge role for the Cottagers under Marco Silva and played the full 90 minutes in their impressive 3-0 win over Spurs last time out.
His manager has even brandished him “special” earlier in the season following their Carabao Cup victory at Goodison Park.
However, it will be interesting to see what the defender may think about potentially playing behind Cristian Romero, Van de Ven and Dragusin.
