Tottenham Hotspur are currently finalising their preparations for the upcoming Premier League campaign.

Spurs have a big season ahead of them, with Ange Postecoglou no doubt eager to get over the line in terms of top-four qualification.

Tottenham are also in the Europa League, and they’ll fancy their chances of going far in the competition.

Spurs have one more friendly left before they get their campaign under way, and it’ll be an emotional occasion for everyone connected with the club.

The Lilywhites will welcome Bayern Munich to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, a ‘return leg’ of sorts after they faced off in South Korea last week.

Former Spurs stalwarts Harry Kane and Eric Dier are set to make an emotional return to the club where they played for most of their respective careers.

Tottenham have now confirmed what they have in store for Kane and Dier when they take to the N17 pitch once again.

Tottenham set to present commemorative gifts to Harry Kane and Eric Dier

Spurs revealed on their official website that the pair will be presented with commemorative gifts on behalf of the club by ambassador Ledley King.

The presentation is expected to take place at around 5:15pm BST, following completion of the team warm-ups. Kick-off is at 5:30pm BST.

Tottenham went on to advise fans in attendance to be in their seats early for the occasion.

Spurs acknowledged in their statement that they “have not previously had the opportunity to bid farewell to two players who have made such a significant contribution to our Club in recent years.”

As a result, Saturday’s friendly is set to take on extra significance.

Tottenham are already taking on one of Europe’s best teams, and will get the chance to make amends for their earlier defeat.

However, fans will now also get the opportunity to show Kane and Dier the appreciation they deserve after all they’ve done for the club over the years.
