Luka Vuskovic looks to have the potential to be a future star at Tottenham Hotspur.

The young defender has spent the season on loan with Hamburg and helped them establish themselves as a Bundesliga outfit all over again.

Could Tottenham have done any worse by utilising Luka Vuskovic this season?

The 19-year-old has scored five times in 28 appearances and been a regular in the team in the German top-flight.

Vuskovic won’t be staying with Hamburg, however, and now it’s been revealed what Tottenham hope to do with Vuskovic in the summer.

Tottenham to offer Luka Vuskovic a new contract

According to The Sun, Vuskovic will be handed a new contract at the end of the season as Tottenham look to showcase that they want to keep hold of him.

The young defender could be set for a bright future at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and clearly, there is a plan for him next season.

Vuskovic is yet to play for Tottenham and he will be desperate to win a chance with the Premier League club when next season gets underway.

Hopefully, Tottenham can avoid relegation and stay in the Premier League after winning back-to-back games under Roberto De Zerbi.

Tottenham currently have Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven and Kevin Danso all fighting for places in the team, with Radu Dragusin also used this season.

Vuskovic could be the next cab off the rank in terms of youngsters at Tottenham though and fans would definitely buy into him being involved more often next season.
