Tottenham Hotspur legend Harry Kane won his 100th cap for England in Tuesday’s Nations League meeting with Finland at Wembley.
The Spurs icon marked the occasion with a brace to help the Three Lions to a 2-0 win over Markku Kanerva’s side.
Kane first found the back of the net in the 25th minute, meeting Bukayo Saka’s cross with a diving header to power the ball beyond Lukas Hradecky.
However, the assistant’s flag went up instantly and VAR went on to confirm that the Bayern Munich man was offside.
England remained goalless with Finland at half time, but in the 58th minute, Kane got his just rewards with his 67th senior international goal.
The Spurs icon collected the ball, shifted it onto his right foot and let rip with a fierce effort that went in off the underside of the bar.
Then, in the 76th minute, two Tottenham academy graduates combined for the second of the game.

Trent Alexander-Arnold delivered a great pass for England debutant Noni Madueke, who in turn cut the ball back for Kane to curl into the far corner of the net.
Somewhat controversially, Lee Carsley opted to take Kane off in the 80th minute, depriving him of the opportunity to bag a hat-trick on his century.
Nevertheless, it was a truly special occasion for the 31-year-old and everyone connected to him, past and present.
Tottenham fans have had their say on how Kane fared for England, and needless to say, it was a bittersweet occasion for supporters.
