Tottenham Hotspur are closer than their London rivals Chelsea to landing an exciting partnership with Jordan.

The Lilywhites currently have a lucrative kit sponsorship deal with Nike, but could see that partnership extend to Jordan Brand.

A lot is still to play for on the pitch with Spurs this season and it seems it could have a big effect on potentially landing this deal.

Jordan interested in Tottenham partnership

According to reports, it is Tottenham who are closest to landing the proposed partnership with Jordan this summer.

It is suggested the global brand, who have ventured into football kit manufacturing, has an eye on partnering with a London-based team.

Being part of the Nike organisation, this has meant Jordan has whittled it down to either Chelsea or Spurs.

However, it is believed they were eyeing a deal with Chelsea due to their previous success and global recognition.

But their performances this season could see Spurs land the deal as they look to potentially secure Champions League football.

Tottenham’s Nike deal

Back in 2018, it was claimed Tottenham inked a long-term deal with the kit suppliers Nike which would be worth in the region of £30m per season.

Nike have seen some big names wear their kits supplied for Spurs with the likes of Harry Kane and Heung-min Son.

And it seems the likes of the South Korean captain could be soon wearing a fourth kit which has been designed by Jordan.

Paris Saint-Germain already have a partnership with Jordan and have done for a number of years now.

So seeing Spurs ink a deal with the brand would put them among some big names in European football.

And it can only be good news on a financial front for the Lilywhites with the deal potentially boosting their revenue stream ahead of the new season.
