Tottenham Hotspur have a number of brilliant youngsters in and around the first team, which bodes well for the club’s future.
Spurs struck gold several years ago when they signed Pape Matar Sarr and Destiny Udogie, who came in under the radar and have become stars at N17.
Likewise, this year’s inbound cohort – Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall and Wilson Odobert – has got Spurs fans confident that there are some more rising stars in their ranks.
And then you have Tottenham’s academy prodigies, some of whom are already in and around the Spurs first team, or on loan gaining experience.
Will Lankshear is one of Tottenham’s academy graduates who has been kept at N17 with a view to getting game time over the next few months.
And while Lankshear has been on the sidelines for a few weeks, Spurs have now shared an update which shows he’s back in the fold.

Will Lankshear starts for Tottenham U21s
The update comes from the Tottenham Hotspur Academy X account, who shared their team news for Friday night’s Premier League 2 clash with Fulham.
Lankshear is in the starting XI and leading the line.
Alasdair Gold also commented on Lankshear’s inclusion, saying he’s playing for the U21s presumably to build up his fitness and sharpness again.
Lankshear set to return at best possible time for Tottenham
Tottenham are currently short of cover up front, with Alejo Veliz having linked up with Espanyol and Dane Scarlett joining Oxford United on loan.
Lankshear seems to have been earmarked as cover for the Spurs’ first team, and his return to action comes at a good time for the Lilywhites.
With Tottenham now in the fourth round of the League Cup and their Europa League adventure set to get under way, strength in depth will be absolutely crucial for Postecoglou.
