Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou has admitted he’s been really impressed with Pedro Porro this season.
The Lilywhites have been operating at a high level this season and their Spanish right-back is no exception.
Pedro Porro has only been a Spurs player for just over one year now and he already looks like on the Premier League’s best.

Pedro Porro hailed by Postecoglou
Going into the weekend, the 24-year-old has been able to tally up 25 appearances in the Premier League this season.
Barring the first game of the season against Brentford, the only games Porro has missed have come through injury.
He has firmly established himself as the starting right-back under the Australian this season.
Following his recent call-up to the Spanish national side, Postecoglou has hailed the efforts of his full-back this season. He said: “Brilliant and well deserved. He’s been outstanding all year. He’s worked awfully hard on his game, you know, on both offensive and defensive side. We’ve obviously put some different demands on that position and he’s adapted so well.”

Pedro Porro stats this season
Considering Porro was brought in as a right-wing-back to suit Antonio Conte’s system, the 24-year-old has adapted to Postecoglou’s system incredibly well.
Over his 27 appearances across all competitions, Porro has provided Tottenham with an impressive return of one goal and eight assists.
His influence was sorely missed during their defeat to Wolves when he was sidelined through injury.
But the £85k-per-week defender has since returned to the fold and Spurs are free scoring once again in the Premier League.
With Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven and Destiny Udogie also in defence, it really does look like Spurs have built a backline for years to come.
However, the north London club have already seen in the past how an exciting right-back can be prised away from the club.
Kyle Walker impressed during his time at Spurs and Manchester City put in a huge bid which proved too good to turn down.
With Champions League football potentially on the menu next season, hopefully Porro will be sticking around for the foreseeable future.
