Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou has been massively impressed with the work done by Micky van de Ven behind the scenes.
Spurs brought both Micky Van de Ven and Ange Postecoglou to the club in the summer and both are proving to be fine additions.
The Dutchman has proven already that he can be susceptible to injuries, but he has settled in extremely well in north London.

Micky van de Ven Tottenham appearances
It took the 22-year-old no time at all to settle into the Premier League and he has already been able to rack up 18 appearances in the league.
He put in yet another fine display on the weekend against Aston Villa before being forced off with an injury concern.
Speaking on the Gold & Guest Talk Tottenham podcast, journalist Alasdair Gold has revealed just how impressed Postecoglou has been with his £43m signing.
He said: “He is one of the best young defenders in the world for me. I think he is. I think what he brings to the Tottenham system is exactly what it needs. His anticipation, his timing is superb. Even Ange says himself that what he has done from the start of season to now the improvements are incredible. Obviously we’ve kind of seen him as this consistent player, but he says behind the scenes what he’s learned and took on board it just incredible, his rapid development.”

Micky van de Ven injury news
The Dutchman has already spent time on the sidelines through injury this season.
Earlier in the campaign, he picked up a serious hamstring issue against Chelsea which saw him miss a long period of the campaign.
He returned earlier this year, but it seems he may have picked up another hamstring issue against Aston Villa on the weekend.
Radu Dragusin was seen intensely warming up at half-time which may suggest Van de Ven had alerted them of his concerns.
And it did not take the 22-year-old long to go down after the second half begun.
It is perhaps a positive that – unlike last time – he was able to leave the pitch under his own power and was seen after the game walking about without assistance.
But this is not a great sign to have had potentially two hamstring injuries before the end of his first season.
He has already been clocked as the fastest player ever in the Premier League, perhaps he is too fast for his own body at times.
