Tottenham Hotspur have seen one of their players undergo surgery this week following an injury setback.
It has been a season which has been riddled with injuries for Ange Postecoglou’s side.
A large number of the Tottenham squad has been sidelined at various points of the season and it seems one of them may not return this season.

Manor Solomon injury update
On Wednesday, Tottenham announced Manor Solomon had undergone surgery again on his meniscus issue in his right knee.
The Israeli winger has now been out of action since September with his last appearance coming in the game against Liverpool.
This is now the third operation Solomon has undergone since picking up the injury earlier in the season.
And there now has to be serious question marks as to whether he will even feature again before the end of the current term.

What Postecoglou recently said about Solomon
It would be very easy to forget that the 24-year-old actually had a reasonably bright start to life in north London.
Although he only made five appearances in the league before picking up the injury, Solomon was able to provide two assists on his start for the club.
But it now looks like the winger’s next appearance for Spurs could have to wait until next season as he will be set to undergo further rehabilitation on his knee.
Last Friday, Postecoglou was asked about Solomon’s injury latest and it was clear he was not keen to put a timeframe on his potential return: “I’m not really sure and I wouldn’t want to put that pressure on him,” he said.
“He’s had a tough time. Whenever players go through these periods, the important thing is not to try to put any firm deadlines or firm statements around it.”
This is a player who his previous manager, Marco Silva, hailed as “important” to the Fulham side last season.
But having seen the long-term struggles to players like Ryan Sessegnon, it seems Spurs are treading carefully with this injury issue.
Spurs will need options next season if they are to play European football and someone like Solomon could come in handy with his Champions League experience.
