Tottenham play host to their bitter rivals Arsenal this Sunday in the first North London derby of the season.

It’s that time of the year again in which Tottenham and Arsenal lock horns in the eagerly anticipated North London derby.

Having failed to beat their noisy neighbours last season, Ange Postecoglou’s men will be extra keen

to get one over their rivals this time around.

Mikel Arteta’s side meanwhile will be looking to continue their good run at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, having picked up six points in their last two visits to N17.

Whatever happens this weekend, we are for sure in for an exciting ninety minutes if previous games are anything to go by.

Tottenham’s clash with Arsenal is scheduled for a 2:00pm BST kick-off on Sunday 15 September, 2024.

The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will play host to the match.

Spurs supporters who didn’t manage to get a ticket for the derby will be glad to hear that the game is set to be broadcasted live on SkySports Main Event and SkySports Premier League, with coverage set to start from 1:00 pm. SkySports subscribers can stream the tie via Sky Go.

Team news

Both Dominic Solanke and Micky van de Ven are expected to be fit for Arsenal clash, having missed the Newcastle defeat last time out.

Solanke picked up an ankle injury in Tottenham’s Premier League opener against Leicester City and has not featured since.

Postecoglou’s side failed to find the cutting edge at St James’ Park and Spurs supporters will be praying Solanke can provide that finishing touch this Sunday.

Tottenham also have injury concerns in the midfield, with Yves Bissouma a doubt for the Arsenal game having gone off injured during Mali’s 1-0 win over Eswatini.

The Gunners also have injury worries of their own with Martin Odegaard potentially set to miss the North London derby.

Arsenal defender Riccardo Calafiori is also an injury doubt having picked up a knock while on international duty with Italy, meanwhile, Declan Rice will sit out with suspension.
