Harry Kane has revealed he enjoyed having a chilled Sunday watching his former club Tottenham Hotspur defeat Aston Villa 4-1.
Ange Postecoglou’s side comfortably saw off Villa 4-1 to jump up into seventh place and just two points of the top four.
Kane will have taken great pleasure in watching Dominic Solanke return to the scoresheet as the striker netted a brilliant brace with two great finishes. Meanwhile, James Maddison scored a wonderful free-kick to round off the win.

Kane admitted he enjoyed watching Tottenham win 4-1 against Villa and was impressed by the way they came from behind to win.
Spurs were superb in the second-half as they netted four goals with Solanke getting two, Maddison and Johnson also bagging.
Speaking on Cleats Club app, Kane said: “Just had a chilled Sunday here, I watched Spurs win 4-1, a great second half from the boys. I hope everyone had a great weekend.”
Tottenham fans particularly enjoyed how he described this Spurs team as ‘the boys’ showing he still loves the club.

Postecoglou explained that Richarlison and Cristian Romero were both feeling pain in the win which forced them off in the win over Villa.
After the win over Villa, Postecoglou told the media: “Richy felt something in the action of setting the goal up. Romero’s was in that challenge he felt his foot was sore. He’s a tough cookie so for him to come off it must have been painful. I don’t know much about [the injuries] yet.”
Meanwhile, Postecgolou has revealed that the plan was always to take off Son after just 55 minutes as the South Korean suffered an issue the last time he played for over an hour.
Postecoglou told BBC Sport: “He was never going to play more than 55 minutes. Last time he came back from injury he got to the 60-minute mark and got injured again. He got through unscathed.”
