Tottenham Hotspur hosted their Fans Forum on September 23 with supporters getting the chance to ask questions of Daniel Levy, Ange Postecoglou, Johan Lange and Heung-min Son.

Daniel Levy was asked about what successes he feels he’s had as chairman and how he deals with the overwhelming criticism he receives from fans.

The Tottenham chairman revealed that he tries to block out the criticism and the noise only drives him to be more successful.

Meanwhile, Ange Postecoglou was asked about the way his team plays and whether they need to be more pragmatic.

Spurs’ manager reveals that top teams do need to show pragmatism but he is keen to play the Tottenham way and will continue to play on the front foot.

Club captain, Son, was asked some more playful questions with one younger supporter wanting to know the South Korean’s favourite ever Spurs player.

Son names Ben Davies as his favourite Spurs player

Sonny revealed that Ben Davies is his favourite player. The duo have come very close over the years having now played together for 10 years.

The 32-year-old recently became the godfather to Davies’ son showing the strong bond the pair now share after spending so much time as teammates.

The Welsh international signed for Tottenham back in 2014 for £10 million and he has gone on to make 330 appearances for the North London club.

He has proven himself to be an invaluable member of the squad having always been available to play despite not being a first-choice option.

Ben Davies remains a top-level player

Davies demonstrated in Tottenham’s Carabao Cup win over Coventry that he remains a top-level player. The defender produced an elite block to save the blushes of Fraser Forster.

Spurs’ goalkeeper came rushing out missed the ball and before the hosts could put the ball in the net, income the 31-year-old with an extraordinary block.

He will be a useful player this season with Postecoglou’s side competing in four different competitions and an ability to play across the defence.
