What Ange Postecoglou has said about Galatasaray’s atmosphere

Postecoglou has revealed that he is relishing the opportunity to play in front of such a hostile atmosphere that awaits his team on Thursday. The 59-year-old does not believe his players will be fazed by the noise.

Postecolou told the media: “I’m sure that they’re all looking forward to it. That’s why you play football. It’s a fantastic stadium, the supporters create an unbelievable atmosphere here, they love the big European nights.

“Galatasaray at their home stadium, with the fans behind them, there is a great energy in all their games so it’s a great test for us and one we’re looking forward to.”
