Tottenham Hotspur included a buy-back clause in Harry Kane’s move to Bayern Munich.
Daniel Levy has confirmed that the London club will have first dibs on the striker if he is to leave Bayern.
After years of Kane being heavily linked to some of Tottenham’s biggest rivals in the Premier League, the 30-year-old finally decided to move to Germany this summer.
Despite only having a year left on his contract, Spurs managed to rake in an initial £86 million fee for Kane, rising to £100m with add-ons.
Fans were left heartbroken when Kane finally left the club after 19 years, where he scored the second-most goals in Premier League history (213).

The England international has since netted four goals in four matches in the Bundesliga and is looking to help Bayern Munich win titles and trophies over the next few years. However, there has still been talk of Kane potentially returning to the Premier League eventually and Levy has confirmed that they could welcome him back to Tottenham.
When asked at a fans’ forum on Tuesday night if the club had a buy-back clause in the deal, Levy said: “Of course.”
This means that Spurs will have first consideration on re-signing Kane if he ends up leaving the Allianz Arena in the future.
Will Harry Kane come back to Tottenham?
Harry Kane refused to rule out a return to Tottenham once his exit was confirmed this summer, writing in his farewell message: “It’s not a goodbye as you never know how things pan out in the future.”

The 30-year-old seems likely to stay in Germany for at least two or three years, with the Champions League trophy probably his main focus while his out there.
However, I doubt he will choose to retire with Bayern and it would be a surprise to see him go elsewhere – unless Real Madrid come calling.
Of course, it depends how much Kane would cost if he was to return to the Premier League, but it could be the perfect ending to his story if he was to rejoin Tottenham and go onto break Alan Shearer’s goal l record.
