Tottenham Hotspur have seen one of their star players nominated for the January Premier League Player of the Month award.
It wasn’t the busiest of months for us with a slight mid-season break being awarded amid the various international tournaments.
But it was a month which our Brazilian striker, Richarlison, can look back on fondly as he now finds himself in the mix to be named the Player of the Month.

How many goals has Richarlison scored?
It has been a funny old season for the £60m striker having missed a period of time as a result of a groin injury which required surgery.
However, the player who has returned from that setback has been almost unrecognisable to the player from last season.
Now into February, Richarlison has provided an impressive return of 10 goals in his 20 Premier League appearances.
Two of those goals came in January across our two league games against Manchester United and Brentford.
And he has not shown any signs of slowing down since then with two goals this month in the draw against the Toffees on the weekend.

What Tottenham players have won the award?
It has been an impressive campaign so far from Ange Postecoglou’s men and that has been recognised in the two previous Player of the Month awards earned already.
We kicked off the season in style and saw James Maddison handed the award for August, before Heung-min Son lifted it in September.
That is on top of the three consecutive Manger of the Month awards Postecoglou won at the beginning of the season.
With just two games being played last month, the Brazilian may have a slight disadvantage to some of the other nominees.
But the form he is showing at the moment is earning him all the praise from the Spurs fans and long may it continue.
