Tottenham Hotspur were left embarrassed by Crystal Palace in the Premier League, losing 1-0 at Selhurst Park.

Ange Postecoglou’s side put in one of their weakest performances of the season, without a doubt, which gifted Oliver Glasner’s side their first win of the season in the league.

Mikey Moore struggled on his Premier League debut – but in all honesty, the entire side was drab. It was simply a bad day at the office.

Saying this, one player can hold his head high, purely for one plain reason against the Eagles.

Dominic Solanke not to blame after Tottenham vs Crystal Palace

One outfield player stood out more than most – and that was Dominic Solanke. The sole reason for this? He worked his absolute socks off.

Solanke showed today, that despite being a player that has only been around the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for a few months, is one that cares the most.

He pressed like a madman at times, and was ultimately, let down by his Spurs teammates.
