Tottenham Hotspur sent shock waves around the Premier League as they produced one of the most stunning results of the season by defeating Manchester City 4-0.

Defensively, he also showed real maturity having been criticised in recent weeks for some lapses in concentration when the team conceded. But against City, he stood tall and played a key role in the Lilywhites keeping a clean sheet.

Porro’s display at the Etihad showed why clubs like Real Madrid are keen to sign him – if he now add consistency to his game, he will without doubt be considered one of the best right-backs in the world.
