Udogie has enjoyed a really promising start to life in North London and has already registered two assists in four appearances.

The Italian spent last season on loan at Udinese after being snapped up by Spurs from the Serie A outfit last summer.

He mainly operated as a wing-back during his time in Italy but he has adjusted to playing in a back four with ease. The youngster even looks comfortable in the middle of the park, with Ange Postecoglou preferring his full-backs to invert during games.

The Spurs News View

Udogie has been exceptional so far this season and has been a real breath of fresh air at left-back.

He seems to be perfectly suited to Postecoglou’s demands and his composure on the ball has been a real asset for Spurs.

His start to life at Tottenham is even more exciting when you consider he’s just 20 years of age and we seem to have picked up a real star here.
