Tottenham Hotspur will be bidding to get back to winning ways as they face Thomas Frank’s Brentford side tonight.
Ange Postecoglou’s men crashed out of the FA Cup last Friday with a 1-0 home defeat to Manchester City.
Despite a largely disappointing team performance on the night, the Aussie was boosted by the return of James Maddison, who was introduced into the action for the final 17 minutes of the game.

Maddison has returned following a lengthy layoff due to an ankle injury he picked up against Chelsea back in early November.
Despite not making the starting XI last time out, we think Postecoglou will hand Maddison his first start of the year against the Bees this evening.
Tottenham predicted XI vs Brentford
Guglielmo Vicario is likely to continue between the sticks and will be looking to bounce back after a rare error leading to Nathan Ake’s goal last Friday.
Postecoglou is unlikely to make any changes at the back, with Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven continuing at centre-back.
Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie have both excelled this season and you’d imagine the duo will be back in the starting XI.
We could see a couple of changes in midfield due to the return of Maddison. With the Englishman taking that left-hand spot of the three, Rodrigo Bentancur could return to the No.6 role.

In our view, Oliver Skipp should get the nod in the other No.8 role ahead of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
This would lead to Dejan Kulusevski moving back to the right-hand side of the front three after he struggled in midfield against City.
Richarlison is likely to lead the line while Timo Werner could get the nod over Brennan Johnson on the left-hand side.
Here is our Tottenham predicted XI for tonight’s clash against Brentford in full.
