Tottenham Hotspur take on Manchester United in the Premier League this Sunday.
The reverse fixture at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was a memorable one for Ange Postecoglou. His side played Erik ten Hag’s off the park and ran away 2-0 winners.
Goals from Pape Matar Sarr and a Lisandro Martinez OG were enough to give Spurs all three points in the Premier League clash.
Now, Postecoglou travels to Old Trafford. United aren’t exactly in great form, so here are three things Tottenham Hotspur simply must do to get a result against Manchester United on Sunday.

Suppress United’s creativity
Bruno Fernandes is the only real creative outlet Manchester United have at the moment. He is vital to their side in the attacking phases.
This is why, if he is suppressed, United offer little in terms of build-up going forward. Stop Fernandes – and United will offer little.
Stick one of the midfielders on him at all times and Postecoglou should be on to a winner.
Tottenham’s right-winger has a license to roam
Whether it be Dejan Kulusevski, Timo Werner or Brennan Johnson who’s been fielded in that position a lot recently, whoever is on the right-hand side must be the focal point of attack.
United are seriously depleted in the left-back position. Sergio Reguilon has returned to Tottenham, whilst Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia are injured. This means Diogo Dalot will likely start.
He loves getting forward, meaning there should always be space in behind on the right. Postecoglou should abuse this.
Micky van de Ven may not get an easier return…
Micky van de Ven is now in contention to start for Spurs at Old Trafford. The towering Dutchman has been out for around 10 weeks now but was on the bench against Burnley in the FA Cup.
He’ll be facing Rasmus Hojlund… a man who has one goal in 18 games outside the Champions League. His confidence is severely low at the moment, which is great for the Dutch centre-half.
Van de Ven will not be up to full game speed, but playing against an out-of-form Hojlund should ease this. Have him operate around the Danish forward on Sunday.
